The Process

Step 1 — the conversation (WeChat, WhatsApp or email, 中文 or English): your dates, group, interests, pace and non-negotiables — ten minutes of questions that save ten hours of research. Step 2 — the draft (within 48 hours): a day-by-day written itinerary with route logic explained, hotel recommendations at three price tiers, realistic timings (including the toilet stops other planners forget), and transparent costs itemised. Step 3 — the refinement: unlimited revisions until it's yours — swap Skye days, add a distillery, slow the pace for grandparents. The service is free because we only earn if you book the touring with us — and the itinerary is yours to keep either way.

What Good Planning Actually Prevents

The five expensive mistakes a planner catches before they cost you: ① the August trap (hotels tripling during the Festival — we shift dates or cities); ② the Skye day-trip fantasy (5-6 hours each way makes it Scotland's worst-value day — we build the overnight version); ③ over-stuffing (four 'must-sees' a day reads fine on paper and ruins the trip in person — we protect buffer time); ④ the anti-clockwise error (routing that fights the light and the coach-tour tide instead of avoiding both); ⑤ the transport gap (booking Highland hotels that no bus reaches, then discovering it at 11pm in Portree).
