UK dining has become very inclusive of dietary needs — but only if you know where to go. Our approach: for vegetarian/vegan travellers, we know quality Indian restaurants (excellent vegetarian tradition), modern British restaurants with strong vegetarian menus, and vegan-first spots. For halal, we know halal Chinese, Malaysian, Turkish and Indian restaurants across the tour route (essential for Muslim family travel — do not assume every restaurant has halal options). For kosher, London has good kosher options (Golders Green area especially); elsewhere requires planning. For allergies (gluten, nuts, shellfish), we brief restaurants ahead and cross-check. Business days: we handle client dinners with dietary needs discussed with venues in advance — no surprises for the executive.

Family Trip Dietary Coordination

For family Grand Tour with dietary needs: we plan meals along the whole route (10 days, 3 meals a day = 30 meals to coordinate). Each planned in advance with the restaurant, dietary needs confirmed, backup options if needed. For Muslim families: halal meals morning to evening, prayer time considered in schedule. For vegetarian families: we know the best vegetarian stops along Highland and Cotswold routes. For allergies: we brief every venue, and carry emergency supplies for reassurance. Nothing about dietary needs is embarrassing or difficult — it just needs proper planning, which is our job.
