INCLUDED in the £6,400: the Alphard/Vellfire vehicle for all 10 days, the professional 中文/English driver-guide (their accommodation and costs included), fuel, all parking, tolls, and congestion/ULEZ charges — a genuine all-in transport price with no hidden extras or meter. NOT included: hotels (nine nights), flights, meals, attraction tickets and personal spending — deliberately, so you control those tiers to your budget and taste. This structure keeps the transport price transparent and lets you choose 3-star or 5-star hotels, budget or fine dining, as you wish. For clarity: there are no surprise charges — the £6,400 is the complete transport and guiding cost for up to 4 guests for the entire 10-day circuit.

Hotels, Deposit & the Four-Person Split

On hotels: book your own, or we arrange all nine nights at source prices matched to each day's route (+£200/night for 2 guests, +£400 for 3-4 guests — a convenient option many choose). The deposit: £180 secures your dates, with the balance due closer to the trip; the full day-by-day itinerary arrives on WhatsApp at confirmation. The four-person split: since the £6,400 is per-vehicle (not per-person), a group of four travelling together pays £1,600 each — the best value; a couple pays £3,200 each but has the whole vehicle; solo travellers get a private tour at the full vehicle price. Payment by card, WeChat Pay or Alipay, whichever suits.
