'What's the £6,400 include?' — the vehicle, driver, fuel, parking, tolls and driver's costs for 10 days; it does NOT include hotels, flights, meals or attraction tickets, so you control those tiers. 'How are hotels handled?' — book your own, or we arrange all nine nights at source prices (+£200/night for 2 guests, +£400 for 3-4), matched to each day's route. 'How many people?' — the per-vehicle price is the same for 1-4 guests, so 4 travelling together pay £1,600 each; solos and couples pay more per head but get the whole vehicle. 'Is it a group tour?' — no, it's fully private: just your party, your driver, your pace — never strangers.

Luggage, Customisation & Booking

'Luggage limit?' — one 26-inch case plus a carry-on each keeps the Alphard comfortable for 4 with 10 days of luggage; travel light. 'Can I change the itinerary?' — yes, every day flexes to your interests (more castles, more shopping, more photography, swap Skye in on the 14-day) — the whole point of private. 'When should I book?' — peak weeks (summer, festive) fill 2-3 months ahead; the free itinerary consultation is dateless, so plan first and lock dates when flights confirm. 'Deposit?' — £180 secures the dates; the full day-by-day timetable arrives on WhatsApp at confirmation.
