Invoicing in Your Currency

For UK-registered VAT invoices, the primary currency is GBP (British Pounds) — this is the correct UK VAT format your accounting expects. However, for your convenience and business accounting, we can also provide the invoice amount converted to your preferred currency at the day exchange rate: RMB (人民币) for Mainland Chinese companies, HKD (港幣) for Hong Kong companies, USD for USD-denominated accounts, SGD (新加坡元) for Singapore companies, EUR for European accounting. The primary VAT invoice is in GBP as required by UK VAT law, with the equivalent in your preferred currency clearly stated for your finance team.

How Currency Conversion Works

The conversion process: primary invoice issued in GBP with UK VAT breakdown (this is your legal UK VAT document), currency conversion applied at official exchange rate on invoice date (transparent — we cite the rate source), converted amount stated on the invoice for your reference, payment can be made in either currency (GBP or your currency at the applied rate). No hidden currency margins — we quote the rate we use. For companies paying via bank transfer, you can pay GBP into our UK account, or your currency equivalent to our arrangements in that currency (some available).
