The Payment Options
We accept the full range of payment methods Asian executives use: Alipay (支付宝) — pay from Chinese/Singapore/HK Alipay wallets in RMB or local currency, standard rate applied; WeChat Pay (微信支付) — same as Alipay, from your WeChat wallet; UK/international bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) charged in GBP; UnionPay (银联) for Chinese cards; corporate bank transfer (UK Sterling account, suitable for company payment); and RMB direct payment options for some corporate arrangements. It removes friction — you pay how you normally would, we handle the reconciliation.
Invoicing and VAT
For all business payments, we provide Company-headed UK VAT invoices — the proper UK format your accounting will expect for overseas business expenses. This is important: your Chinese fapiao (发票) is not used for UK expenses — UK VAT invoices are the proper documentation for your accounting. We provide these with your company name, address, invoice reference, VAT number, and full breakdown. For your finance team back home, this is the correct paperwork. Multi-trip corporate accounts get consolidated monthly VAT invoicing. All easily paid via WhatsApp coordination and Alipay/WeChat instant transfer. Personal or family portions can be paid personally or added to company (as appropriate). Tell us your payment preference and invoicing requirements.
