We send your driver's name, photo and mobile number 48 hours before. You will know who you are looking for.
During
WhatsApp or WeChat with your driver directly. For anything they cannot resolve, the office answers within an hour during UK daytime.
Emergencies
A 24-hour number is included in your confirmation. It is answered by a person, not a voicemail.
The rhythm of stops
We stop roughly every ninety minutes. Some are viewpoints, some are simply because someone wants a coffee or a toilet. On some Highland stretches there is nothing for forty miles, so these stops are planned rather than improvised.
Booking and changes
A £180 deposit secures the dates and the balance is settled before departure. Changes more than 30 days out are usually free; inside 30 days it depends on whether we can refill the slot. The deposit is non-refundable, stated before you pay. If we are the ones who cannot deliver, we refund in full including the deposit.
