How it works
We match your booking to a flight number, track the actual arrival time and adjust the driver's departure accordingly. For business arrivals we usually park in the short stay rather than a pickup lane, which means the driver waits in arrivals with a name board and you are not rushed.
Delays
We include 60 minutes of free waiting after actual landing for international arrivals, 30 for domestic — enough for immigration and baggage in normal conditions. For long delays or diversions, contact us as soon as you land and we will tell you honestly what we can do. Sometimes it is a repositioned driver; sometimes the honest answer is that a same-day pickup is not possible and we refund.
Late and early arrivals
We cover late-night and early-morning arrivals at no surcharge. The driver is there regardless of the hour; that is what a dedicated arrangement means. If your flight lands at 6am, the driver leaves at 5.
Straight to a meeting
Many business guests land and go straight to a meeting. Tell us the address at booking and we will build in realistic time rather than optimistic: immigration queues, baggage, and London rush hour. Better to arrive early and have a coffee than to arrive late.
Which airports
Scotland: Edinburgh (the main international gateway), Glasgow (many long-haul routes), Inverness (direct to the Highlands), Aberdeen (mostly business traffic). England: Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester — these are longer runs and priced by route rather than by the hour.
每日实际车程有几长
多数路段实际车程两至三个钟，中间有停留。十日环岛最长那日大约四个钟，我们会用一顿正经午餐分隔开，而不是高速公路服务区。大约每九十分钟停一次——有些是观景点，有些纯粹因为有人想饮杯咖啡。高地公路要特别留意：地图估两个钟，实际接近三个钟。
车辆实际载得多少
Toyota Alphard 和 Vellfire 是七座，但七个座位和七件行李是两回事。第三排立起那阵，尾箱大约放到四件 26 吋行李箱。所以我们说「最多四位客人连全套行李」——五位或以上有托运行李，我们会安排第二架车，不会勉强塞。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
