The vehicle rate is fixed

All our rates are for the vehicle, not per person. The ten-day loop is £6,400, six days £3,840, day tours £580–£640. Four people and two people in the same car pay the same vehicle price, so the more of you there are, the less each pays.

What the vehicle rate covers

The vehicle, fuel, all parking, tolls and a bilingual chauffeur-guide. On multi-day trips the driver's own accommodation is already built into the rate — you do not pay it separately. There is no per-mile charge and no fuel surcharge or overtime fee at the end.

What is not included

Accommodation, attraction tickets, meals and flights. If we arrange hotels it runs about £200 per room per night, charged after the hotels confirm — we do not take the money first and look for hotels afterwards.

What a trip actually totals

Four guests in two rooms on the ten-day loop with mid-range hotels and typical entries: £6,400 vehicle, about £3,600 accommodation, and £1,500–2,500 for tickets and meals — most parties land between £11,000 and £13,000. Divided four ways, roughly £3,000 each.

Two people versus four

The vehicle share is £3,200 each for two and £1,600 for four. Accommodation goes the other way: two need one room, four need two. All in, four travellers typically pay 25–30% less per person than two. If you are considering inviting friends, the numbers support it.

Payment

A £180 deposit by card through Stripe, with an immediate receipt. The balance is settled before departure by transfer or card. We do not take cash on the day. All pricing is in pounds; if your card charges a foreign transaction fee, that is between you and your bank — we add nothing.
