Rather than penalise the customer for changes beyond their control, we operate flexibly within reasonable limits. Our approach: minor date shifts (moving by 1-3 days) — no penalty, we adjust. Major shifts (change by a week or more) — we work with you, applying any deposit to new dates. Full cancellation — clear policy at booking (partial deposit refund based on notice — the closer to trip, the smaller the refund, but transparent throughout). Emergency (illness, family, force majeure) — case-by-case flexibility, we do the right thing. We do not treat customers as adversaries — trust is the foundation.

How to Handle Changes

Practical: notify us as early as possible through WhatsApp or 微信 when you know of a change — the earlier, the more flexible we can be. We adjust hotel bookings (may involve hotel cancellation fees which we pass through — again transparent). We rearrange the driver schedule. We update the itinerary. For emergency situations, contact us immediately — we do our best. For confirmed cancellations well before trip, refund policy applies transparently. For confirmed cancellations within cancellation window, partial refunds per policy. For no-shows, no refund (rare — never happened with our proper customers, but stated for transparency). Company-headed VAT invoicing adjusted to actual services delivered. For any executive or family whose plans might shift, book with confidence knowing we handle changes fairly.
