We adapt to your preferred channel — if you use WeChat everywhere, we use WeChat. If you are HK-based on WhatsApp, we are on WhatsApp. If Taiwan on Line, we use Line. Same person handles you throughout (not a call centre queue — you know your person). Response time: same-day within business hours, urgent messages faster.
Language Support
Languages: Mandarin (essential — every driver and coordinator fluent), Cantonese (essential — most drivers and coordinators fluent, HK/Southern-Chinese-specific slang understood), English (drivers vary from basic-professional to fluent — always sufficient for business context, we assign accordingly for high-English-need trips), other dialects (Shanghainese, Hokkien sometimes possible — ask us). During trip: driver speaks with you in your preferred Chinese language, so you never feel like a foreign tourist in your driver own car.
