What Our Quote Includes
Our quotes are comprehensive and transparent. Business chauffeur day rate: per-day covering chauffeur, vehicle, standard mileage, standard hours (up to 10-12 hours typical). Extra hours: transparent hourly rate if needed. Tour packages: quoted as multi-day totals including chauffeur, vehicle and standard fuel. Hotels: if we book, quoted at cost (we arrange but do not mark up — you see the actual hotel price). Meals: separate — you pay directly at restaurants or we can arrange and invoice. Attraction tickets: separate — booked and paid directly by you unless specifically requested. VAT: 20% UK VAT clearly shown, VAT-registered invoices provided. Everything itemised — no hidden line items, no surprise additions, no fake fees.
The Ethics of Transparent Pricing
Why we operate transparently: because opaque pricing damages trust, and trust is the entire relationship. Some operators quote low and add fees later; some inflate hotel bookings to make margin; some charge surprise fuel or mileage. We do none of that. We quote fairly, deliver what we quoted, and invoice accordingly. If costs change during trip (extra hours requested, extra vehicle needed), we discuss upfront before executing. Company-headed UK VAT invoices provided — genuine invoices, real VAT number, real audit trail — because Asian corporate finance systems require this and any operator claiming to serve Asian business must provide it. If a competitor offers vague pricing or opaque VAT, that is your warning sign. For any executive or family, transparency is the foundation.
