What to send
Dates, cities, a rough daily outline, party size, luggage count, and flight numbers if relevant. With that we can assess feasibility honestly, including telling you when a plan does not fit the time available.
What we come back with
A feasibility check, a suggested route, realistic daily timings, a quote, and anything we think is a problem. If part of your plan is not achievable — London to Edinburgh and a meeting in one day, for instance — we say so in the quote rather than after taking the money.
Confirmation
A £180 deposit secures the dates. Forty-eight hours before, we send your driver's name, photo and mobile number so you know who you are looking for.
During the trip
Message the driver directly on WhatsApp or WeChat. For anything they cannot resolve, the office answers within an hour during UK daytime. Your confirmation includes a 24-hour number, answered by a person rather than a voicemail.
Changes and cancellation
Date changes more than 30 days out are usually free; inside 30 days it depends on whether we can refill the slot. The deposit is non-refundable, which is standard and stated upfront. The balance is refundable if cancelled more than 14 days before departure. If we are the ones who cannot deliver, we refund in full including the deposit.
车辆实际载得多少
Toyota Alphard 和 Vellfire 是七座，但七个座位和七件行李是两回事。第三排立起那阵，尾箱大约放到四件 26 吋行李箱。所以我们说「最多四位客人连全套行李」——五位或以上有托运行李，我们会安排第二架车，不会勉强塞。
为什么选 MPV 不选房车
Alphard 的后座脚位比多数行政房车更阔，而且底盘便宜，你是「行入去」而不是「坐落去」。对六十岁以上、著正装、或者带住小朋友的客人，这个差别好实在。他不是 Mercedes S-Class，我们不会扮是——如果你需要车头个标志做门面，我们不是适合的供应商。
预订流程同时间
流程是：你俾日期、人数、行李件数和大概想去哪；我们老实评估可行性——包括告诉你哪个计划日数不够；然后出报价。£180 订金锁定日期，余额出发前结清。夏季六至八月通常二月前订满，天空岛和高地住宿最快爆。四、五、九、十月一般提早六至八星期都仲有位。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
