What you get
A Toyota Alphard or Vellfire — a seven-seat luxury MPV. The rear seats face forward with tables, independent climate control and USB/USB-C power. Comfortable for four business guests with full luggage; six for short city transfers without cases.
Why an MPV rather than a saloon
Rear legroom in an Alphard exceeds most executive saloons, and the flat floor means you step in rather than lower yourself in. For guests over sixty, in formal dress, or carrying documents and a laptop, that difference is real.
What it is not
It is not a Mercedes S-Class and we do not pretend otherwise. If your company needs a badge on the bonnet for appearances, or the client you are collecting expects a German saloon, we are not the right supplier. We will say so before you book.
Condition and presentation
Cleaned before every trip and kept tidy inside. The driver wears a shirt rather than a uniform. There is water, tissues and charging cables in the car. None of this is worth boasting about, but you notice immediately when it is missing.
More than four guests
For five or more with checked bags we arrange a second vehicle rather than squeezing. We say this at the quoting stage rather than letting you discover at the airport that the luggage does not fit.

Toyota Alphard 和 Vellfire 是七座，但七个座位和七件行李是两回事。第三排立起那阵，尾箱大约放到四件 26 吋行李箱。所以我们说「最多四位客人连全套行李」——五位或以上有托运行李，我们会安排第二架车，不会勉强塞。
为什么选 MPV 不选房车
Alphard 的后座脚位比多数行政房车更阔，而且底盘便宜，你是「行入去」而不是「坐落去」。对六十岁以上、著正装、或者带住小朋友的客人，这个差别好实在。他不是 Mercedes S-Class，我们不会扮是——如果你需要车头个标志做门面，我们不是适合的供应商。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
