What the service covers
One vehicle and one driver assigned to you for the duration. The practical difference from a taxi account is that the car stays with you between appointments rather than being dispatched each time. Your briefcase, coat and luggage stay in the vehicle. Rates run £600–£750 per day depending on route and duration.
Why five days minimum
Below five days we would point you to a standard transfer, which is usually better value. A dedicated arrangement only makes sense from five days because dedicated means we block the driver's entire schedule — no other work. That is an honest limit, not a sales tactic.
How multi-city trips work
Edinburgh to Manchester is four hours by road or ninety minutes by air — but the air option means two airports, security and baggage. Door to door the difference is often under an hour. Your cases travel in the car between cities, so you check out and check in without handling them. On a five-day trip with three hotels, that matters more than it sounds.
Working in the vehicle
The rear seats face forward with tables and USB/USB-C power. Most guests take calls between cities. We do not talk unless spoken to, which sounds obvious but is not universal. On signal: 4G and 5G are good in cities and on main roads, but parts of the Highlands have none at all — do not schedule an important call on a Highland leg.
Invoicing and expenses
We issue a dated invoice showing company details, registration number (MEGASPACE JOURNEY LTD, registered in Scotland, No. 890607), service dates, itemised days and total — suitable for standard expense processing. If your company requires a PO number, tell us at booking; adding it afterwards means reissuing and delays payment. Corporate accounts can be invoiced after the trip on agreed terms.
Discretion
We do not comment on calls taken in the car, repeat them, or reference them later. We do not publish client names or use bookings for marketing without written permission. If you need an NDA, we will sign one. This should not need saying, but it does.
车辆实际载得多少
Toyota Alphard 和 Vellfire 是七座，但七个座位和七件行李是两回事。第三排立起那阵，尾箱大约放到四件 26 吋行李箱。所以我们说「最多四位客人连全套行李」——五位或以上有托运行李，我们会安排第二架车，不会勉强塞。
为什么选 MPV 不选房车
Alphard 的后座脚位比多数行政房车更阔，而且底盘便宜，你是「行入去」而不是「坐落去」。对六十岁以上、著正装、或者带住小朋友的客人，这个差别好实在。他不是 Mercedes S-Class，我们不会扮是——如果你需要车头个标志做门面，我们不是适合的供应商。
司机导游实际做些什么
揸车只是一半。我们司机受过导游训练，你想听就会说历史和地理，你想静静望窗就不会出声。实际协助包括：搬行李、餐厅推介、排队买飞、知哪个停车场仲有位。我们不收商店和餐厅佣金——所以我们的推介先有价值。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
