Peak season
June to August usually books out by February, with Skye and Highland accommodation going first — and once accommodation goes, the whole itinerary is constrained. If your dates are in summer, book early.
Shoulder season
April, May, September and October usually have availability six to eight weeks out. These are also the months locals recommend: accommodation runs 30–40% below July rates, daylight is still twelve to fifteen hours, and Highland roads are far quieter.
Winter
November to March is often flexible at three weeks. But accept that December gives about six hours of daylight (Edinburgh sunrise 8:45, sunset 3:30) and Highland passes close in snow. We plan winter itineraries shorter and closer together.
The hardest dates
Hogmanay, the August festivals and Easter. These are the three periods where late booking genuinely fails — hotels triple in price and sell out months ahead. For these dates, plan a year in advance.
How to book
Send dates, party size, luggage count and roughly what you want to see. We assess feasibility honestly — including telling you when a plan does not fit the days — then send a route and quote. A £180 deposit secures the dates and the balance is settled before departure.

改期和取消
出发前三十日以上改期通常免费。三十日内就要看我们补不补得返个档期。订金不设退款——这个是业界惯例，我们预先说明。余额在出发前十四日以上取消可退。如果是我们做不到（车辆故障、司机病），我们会尽量安排替代；真是做不到就全额退款，包括订金。
每日实际车程有几长
多数路段实际车程两至三个钟，中间有停留。十日环岛最长那日大约四个钟，我们会用一顿正经午餐分隔开，而不是高速公路服务区。大约每九十分钟停一次——有些是观景点，有些纯粹因为有人想饮杯咖啡。高地公路要特别留意：地图估两个钟，实际接近三个钟。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
