Highland cows（高地牛，locals say 'heilan coo'）graze across the Highlands, but reliable spots exist: the roadside fields around 格倫科（Glencoe）and Kilmahog near Callander; Pollok Country Park in Glasgow (free, resident fold); the fields en route to 天空島（Skye）; and Swanston Farm on Edinburgh's edge.
