The Coverage We Carry
As a UK-registered private-hire operator, we carry comprehensive insurance as required by law and industry standards: fully comprehensive vehicle insurance (covering our Alphard/Vellfire fleet), passenger insurance (all travellers in our vehicles are covered while on our service), public liability insurance (substantial cover for any incident during service), and professional indemnity for the chauffeur service. All licences current: UK private-hire operator licence, driver licensing, vehicle MOT and roadworthiness. It is standard for professional operators — but worth knowing you are with a properly licensed and insured operator.
Your Travel Insurance
In addition to our operational insurance, we recommend you have your own travel insurance for the trip. Standard Asian travel insurance covers: medical, trip cancellation/curtailment, baggage, personal accident. This is your personal safety net independent of our operational cover. For business travellers, corporate travel insurance often covers business trips — check your company policy. For families, family travel insurance is standard. We can advise on insurance considerations for UK travel but strongly recommend obtaining your own coverage before travel. Both insurance layers together (ours + yours) provide complete peace of mind.
