How a day runs
The driver waits in the hotel lobby in the morning rather than being called when you come down. Through the day we drop and collect at each location with the car standing by nearby. In the evening we take you back. Your luggage, coat and documents stay in the vehicle all day.
Building in time
A short central London hop can take an hour in traffic; during the Edinburgh festivals journey times double. We plan on real conditions — better ten minutes early with a coffee than five minutes late.
Drop-off restrictions
Many conference centres, corporate headquarters and hotels have specific drop-off rules and some require vehicle registration in advance. Send addresses early and we will check. Parts of central London are pedestrianised or time-restricted; we use the nearest legal drop-off.
Waiting between appointments
Waiting between appointments is not charged separately; it is covered by the daily rate. The driver does not leave to take another job, because dedicated means dedicated. If a meeting overruns, just tell them.
Departure
For international departures we suggest arriving three hours before, two for domestic. Edinburgh Airport is eight miles west of the centre — 25 to 30 minutes in normal traffic, 40 at peak. Heathrow from central London can take ninety minutes at rush hour.

揸车只是一半。我们司机受过导游训练，你想听就会说历史和地理，你想静静望窗就不会出声。实际协助包括：搬行李、餐厅推介、排队买飞、知哪个停车场仲有位。我们不收商店和餐厅佣金——所以我们的推介先有价值。
语言支援
全程英文、普通话和广东话。由第一次查询到最后一程送机都是同一种语言，不是翻译 app。在爱丁堡你用英文大致应付到；但在高地单线道遇上天气突变，有人可以用你的语言解释情况，是另一种安心。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
