The base rate
£600–£750 per day, five days minimum. That covers the vehicle, fuel, all parking and tolls, and the chauffeur. There is no per-mile charge and no fuel surcharge or overtime fee at the end.
What pushes it higher
Long inter-city legs every day, very early or late starts, Highland or remote routes, and trips where the driver needs to stay away overnight. Each of these raises the actual cost and we explain which applies when we quote.
What keeps it lower
A single-city base, a regular schedule, and longer bookings — ten days or more usually attracts a better daily rate. Moving around one city costs less than crossing the country daily.
What is not included
Accommodation, meals, flights and attraction tickets. The driver's own accommodation on multi-day trips is already built into the daily rate — you do not pay it separately. If you want us to arrange hotels, that runs about £200 per room per night, charged after confirmation.
Payment
A £180 deposit by card through Stripe at booking, with an immediate receipt. The balance is settled before departure by transfer or card. We do not take cash on the day, which protects both parties. Corporate accounts can be invoiced after the trip on agreed terms.
实际价钱怎么计
我们按日计价，不按英里。日团商务七座 £580 至 £640，视乎路线；十日环岛 £6,400 全程；六日环岛 £3,840。价钱已包燃油、停车、过路费和司机导游，行程完结不会再有燃油附加费或者「超时费」。住宿如果由我们代订，大约每间房每晚 £200，酒店确认后先另行收费。
人数怎么影响人均成本
车价固定，所以人数愈多人均愈便宜。十日环岛 £6,400：两个人分即是每人 £3,200，四个人分即是 £1,600。但住宿相反——两位客人一间房，四位要两间。埋单计，四人团的人均总成本通常比两人团便宜两至三成。
车辆实际载得多少
Toyota Alphard 和 Vellfire 是七座，但七个座位和七件行李是两回事。第三排立起那阵，尾箱大约放到四件 26 吋行李箱。所以我们说「最多四位客人连全套行李」——五位或以上有托运行李，我们会安排第二架车，不会勉强塞。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
