Working out the numbers
Four guests with luggage per vehicle. A delegation of twelve needs three cars. For short city transfers without checked bags, six per vehicle works, so two cars. Tell us headcount and luggage at booking and we will work out honestly how many vehicles you need.
Coordination
One coordinator holds the whole booking. During the trip there is a single WhatsApp or WeChat thread rather than each guest messaging a different driver. Drivers communicate with each other, not through you.
Keeping a convoy together
On Highland roads a convoy separates quickly — overtaking, lights, passing places. We do not try to stay nose to tail; we agree meeting points in advance. It is safer and considerably less stressful.
Billing
One invoice for the whole delegation, itemised by day and vehicle. We can issue in advance for purchase order purposes and include a PO number. If the cost needs splitting between entities, tell us at booking and we can invoice separately.
Venues and timing
Conference centres, hotels and corporate headquarters each have their own drop-off rules and some require vehicle registration in advance. Send us the addresses and schedule early and we will check access rather than discover a problem on the day.
每日实际车程有几长
多数路段实际车程两至三个钟，中间有停留。十日环岛最长那日大约四个钟，我们会用一顿正经午餐分隔开，而不是高速公路服务区。大约每九十分钟停一次——有些是观景点，有些纯粹因为有人想饮杯咖啡。高地公路要特别留意：地图估两个钟，实际接近三个钟。
车辆实际载得多少
Toyota Alphard 和 Vellfire 是七座，但七个座位和七件行李是两回事。第三排立起那阵，尾箱大约放到四件 26 吋行李箱。所以我们说「最多四位客人连全套行李」——五位或以上有托运行李，我们会安排第二架车，不会勉强塞。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
