Step one: enquire
Send dates, party size, luggage count, roughly what you want to see, and any specific needs — elderly guests, children, dietary requirements, limited mobility. WhatsApp, WeChat or email, and we reply in whichever language you write in.
Step two: our reply
We assess feasibility honestly — including telling you when a plan does not fit the days, or when self-drive would genuinely suit you better — then send a suggested route, realistic daily timings and a quote. Usually within two working days.
Step three: deposit
£180 by card through Stripe with an immediate receipt. The deposit secures the dates: once we have it we block the driver's schedule and stop taking other work for those days.
Step four: before departure
The balance is settled before departure. Forty-eight hours before, we send your driver's name, photo and mobile number. If we are arranging accommodation, that is charged separately after the hotels confirm.
Step five: during the trip
Message the driver directly on WhatsApp or WeChat. If things change — a meeting overruns, you want to add a stop, you want to finish early — just tell them; there is no rebooking. Your confirmation includes a 24-hour number answered by a person.

流程是：你俾日期、人数、行李件数和大概想去哪；我们老实评估可行性——包括告诉你哪个计划日数不够；然后出报价。£180 订金锁定日期，余额出发前结清。夏季六至八月通常二月前订满，天空岛和高地住宿最快爆。四、五、九、十月一般提早六至八星期都仲有位。
改期和取消
出发前三十日以上改期通常免费。三十日内就要看我们补不补得返个档期。订金不设退款——这个是业界惯例，我们预先说明。余额在出发前十四日以上取消可退。如果是我们做不到（车辆故障、司机病），我们会尽量安排替代；真是做不到就全额退款，包括订金。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
预订和改期
£180 订金锁定日期，余额出发前结清。出发前三十日以上改期通常免费;三十日内就要看我们补不补得返个档期。订金不设退款——业界惯例，我们在你付款之前就说明。如果是我们做不到，全额退款包括订金。
实际车程要几耐
地图估的时间在高地通常乐观三成。单线道要不停靠哪会车，夏天再加露营车，两个钟的路段实际接近三个钟。我们排行程用真实时间，所以我们的日程纸面上看起来短些——但不会做不完。
