Changing dates
More than 30 days out we simply rearrange at no charge. Inside 30 days it depends on whether we can refill the slot. If we can, no problem; if not, we will discuss it honestly rather than applying a rule rigidly.
Cancellation
The £180 deposit is non-refundable — standard practice, and stated before you pay. The balance is refunded in full if you cancel more than 14 days before departure. Inside 14 days we handle it based on costs already incurred.
If we cannot deliver
Breakdown or driver illness — we arrange a replacement where possible. If we genuinely cannot deliver, you get a full refund including the deposit. That is written into our terms rather than improvised on the day.
Weather
Rain does not cancel anything — it rains here regularly, and cancelling for rain would mean cancelling half the year. But if a Highland pass closes or there is a red weather warning, we reroute or reschedule rather than take risks.
Accommodation cancellations
If we booked your accommodation, refunds follow each hotel's own policy. We tell you the cancellation terms before booking so you can decide.

流程是：你俾日期、人数、行李件数和大概想去哪；我们老实评估可行性——包括告诉你哪个计划日数不够；然后出报价。£180 订金锁定日期，余额出发前结清。夏季六至八月通常二月前订满，天空岛和高地住宿最快爆。四、五、九、十月一般提早六至八星期都仲有位。
改期和取消
出发前三十日以上改期通常免费。三十日内就要看我们补不补得返个档期。订金不设退款——这个是业界惯例，我们预先说明。余额在出发前十四日以上取消可退。如果是我们做不到（车辆故障、司机病），我们会尽量安排替代；真是做不到就全额退款，包括订金。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
停留节奏
我们大约每九十分钟停一次。有些是观景点，有些纯粹因为有人想饮杯咖啡或者去洗手间。高地部分路段四十英里没有任何设施，所以这些停留点是预先规划的，不是即兴。
实际车程要几耐
地图估的时间在高地通常乐观三成。单线道要不停靠哪会车，夏天再加露营车，两个钟的路段实际接近三个钟。我们排行程用真实时间，所以我们的日程纸面上看起来短些——但不会做不完。

语言支援实际是怎么
我们司机导游会说普通话、广东话和英文。由第一次查询到最后一程送机都是同一种语言。在爱丁堡你用英文大致应付到;但在高地单线道遇上天气突变，有人可以用你的语言解释情况，是另一种安心。
