How we charge
A fixed vehicle price covering the car, fuel, all parking, tolls and the chauffeur-guide. No per-mile charge, no fuel surcharge, no overtime fee. On multi-day trips the driver's own accommodation is already in the rate — some operators charge this separately, so it is worth asking.
Common extras to watch for
Charges other operators commonly add: driver accommodation and meals, mileage beyond an allowance, night or holiday surcharges, airport parking, waiting time beyond a limit, and additional pickup points. Before booking any chauffeur service, ask about each of these specifically.
What we do charge separately
Only two things: accommodation if we arrange it (about £200 per room per night, charged after the hotels confirm) and attraction tickets if you ask us to buy them (at cost, with no mark-up). Nothing else.
Shopping commissions
We take no commission from shops or restaurants. This sounds minor but has real consequences: operators who do take commissions take you to the shops that pay, and those shops price accordingly. That is what the shopping stops on group tours are.
How to verify
Ask for a written quote setting out what is and is not included. Ours states the two separate items (accommodation and tickets) explicitly and confirms everything else is covered. If a quote does not spell this out, that is a signal to ask again.
实际价钱怎么计
我们按日计价，不按英里。日团商务七座 £580 至 £640，视乎路线；十日环岛 £6,400 全程；六日环岛 £3,840。价钱已包燃油、停车、过路费和司机导游，行程完结不会再有燃油附加费或者「超时费」。住宿如果由我们代订，大约每间房每晚 £200，酒店确认后先另行收费。
人数怎么影响人均成本
车价固定，所以人数愈多人均愈便宜。十日环岛 £6,400：两个人分即是每人 £3,200，四个人分即是 £1,600。但住宿相反——两位客人一间房，四位要两间。埋单计，四人团的人均总成本通常比两人团便宜两至三成。
每日实际车程有几长
多数路段实际车程两至三个钟，中间有停留。十日环岛最长那日大约四个钟，我们会用一顿正经午餐分隔开，而不是高速公路服务区。大约每九十分钟停一次——有些是观景点，有些纯粹因为有人想饮杯咖啡。高地公路要特别留意：地图估两个钟，实际接近三个钟。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
