The deposit
£180 by card through Stripe, with an immediate receipt. The deposit secures the dates — once we have it we block the driver's schedule for those days and stop taking other work.
The balance
Settled before departure by bank transfer or card. We do not take cash on the day, which protects both sides: you have a payment record and we are not handling cash on the road.
How accommodation is charged
If we arrange hotels, they are charged separately after the hotels confirm, at about £200 per room per night. You are not paying us a large sum upfront and waiting while we look for rooms.
Changing dates
More than 30 days out we simply rearrange, at no charge. Inside 30 days it depends on whether we can refill the slot. If we can, no problem; if not, we will tell you honestly how we propose to handle it.
Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable — standard practice, and stated before you pay. The balance is refunded in full if you cancel more than 14 days before departure. Inside 14 days we handle it based on costs already incurred.
If we are the ones who cannot deliver
Breakdown or driver illness — we arrange a replacement vehicle and driver where possible. If we genuinely cannot deliver, you get a full refund including the deposit. That is in our terms rather than something we improvise on the day.
每日实际车程有几长
多数路段实际车程两至三个钟，中间有停留。十日环岛最长那日大约四个钟，我们会用一顿正经午餐分隔开，而不是高速公路服务区。大约每九十分钟停一次——有些是观景点，有些纯粹因为有人想饮杯咖啡。高地公路要特别留意：地图估两个钟，实际接近三个钟。
车辆实际载得多少
Toyota Alphard 和 Vellfire 是七座，但七个座位和七件行李是两回事。第三排立起那阵，尾箱大约放到四件 26 吋行李箱。所以我们说「最多四位客人连全套行李」——五位或以上有托运行李，我们会安排第二架车，不会勉强塞。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
