Safety
Britain is a safe destination for solo travellers including women. Normal city awareness is enough, and the Highlands are genuinely low risk. Walking in the hills at night needs attention to weather and daylight — a practical risk rather than a personal-safety one.
A private car for one
The same price as for four, so the per-head cost is highest. Some solo guests still choose it to reach places public transport does not, or for the guiding. We will not pretend it is good value for one — it is not — but it does what no group tour can.
The group tour option
Small-group day tours from Edinburgh cost £60–90 a head and are genuinely fine. If you are alone on a budget with flexible dates, we will tell you to take one rather than sell you a private car.
Public transport
Trains and coaches connect Edinburgh with Glasgow, Inverness and St Andrews, and the West Highland Line to Mallaig is itself an attraction. Solo travel by public transport works well for the main cities; the difficulty is the Highlands, where some places have one or two services a day.
Sharing
If you have friends or meet people locally, splitting a private car four ways takes the per-head cost from £580 to £145. That is the most practical answer.

Toyota Alphard 和 Vellfire 是七座，但七个座位和七件行李是两回事。第三排立起那阵，尾箱大约放到四件 26 吋行李箱。所以我们说「最多四位客人连全套行李」——五位或以上有托运行李，我们会安排第二架车，不会勉强塞。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
停留节奏
我们大约每九十分钟停一次。有些是观景点，有些纯粹因为有人想饮杯咖啡或者去洗手间。高地部分路段四十英里没有任何设施，所以这些停留点是预先规划的，不是即兴。

预订和改期
£180 订金锁定日期，余额出发前结清。出发前三十日以上改期通常免费;三十日内就要看我们补不补得返个档期。订金不设退款——业界惯例，我们在你付款之前就说明。如果是我们做不到，全额退款包括订金。
