About £200 per room per night, charged after the hotels confirm rather than collected upfront while we look. That price point in Britain means a mid-range four-star in the city or a characterful inn in the countryside.
Why location beats stars
We choose hotels to fit the driving plan. We have had guests book somewhere that looked central on a map but added ninety minutes each day. In the Highlands the cost of the wrong location is time, not money.
When to book yourself
If you have loyalty points to use or a brand preference, booking yourself is entirely sensible. Send us the confirmations beforehand so we can check the geography, and we will say honestly if one of them will make the driving difficult.
The peak-season reality
Highland accommodation is limited from June to August and usually sold out by February, with Skye, Portree and the NC500 going first. This is not an early-booking pitch; it is the situation. Book late and you may be staying an hour off route.
Nine nights in numbers
A ten-day loop has nine nights: about £1,800 for one room, £3,600 for two. With the £6,400 vehicle, four people in two rooms come to roughly £10,000 for transport and accommodation — £2,500 each. With tickets and meals, about £3,250 each all in.
实际价钱怎么计
我们按日计价，不按英里。日团商务七座 £580 至 £640，视乎路线；十日环岛 £6,400 全程；六日环岛 £3,840。价钱已包燃油、停车、过路费和司机导游，行程完结不会再有燃油附加费或者「超时费」。住宿如果由我们代订，大约每间房每晚 £200，酒店确认后先另行收费。
人数怎么影响人均成本
车价固定，所以人数愈多人均愈便宜。十日环岛 £6,400：两个人分即是每人 £3,200，四个人分即是 £1,600。但住宿相反——两位客人一间房，四位要两间。埋单计，四人团的人均总成本通常比两人团便宜两至三成。
每日实际车程有几长
多数路段实际车程两至三个钟，中间有停留。十日环岛最长那日大约四个钟，我们会用一顿正经午餐分隔开，而不是高速公路服务区。大约每九十分钟停一次——有些是观景点，有些纯粹因为有人想饮杯咖啡。高地公路要特别留意：地图估两个钟，实际接近三个钟。
我们不会做的嘢
我们不会迫你入有佣金的商店或者餐厅。不会在你未问之前加项目再收钱。不会话一间我们没有住过的酒店好。如果你的计划日数不够、或者自驾对你来说其实更抵、又或者小团游更适合你，我们会直接说——就算这样会少做一单。
