Flying in for a graduation is a big trip, often with grandparents. Our graduation family package takes the transport off your hands: we meet you at the airport, drive you to the ceremony and photo spots on the day, and take the whole family to the Highlands afterwards. The car is a Toyota Alphard and the driver speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Graduation family package — from £850
From £850 for the whole vehicle (Toyota Alphard, up to 6 guests). Included:
- Edinburgh Airport arrival pickup to your hotel.
- A car with driver for 4 hours on ceremony day — hotel, venue, photo spots and a celebration meal.
- One private Highland day tour (Glencoe or Loch Ness) after the ceremony.
A 10% deposit secures the date; we send a secure payment link.
Edinburgh, St Andrews and Glasgow
- University of Edinburgh and Heriot-Watt — the package covers ceremony day in and around Edinburgh.
- St Andrews — a day car from Edinburgh to St Andrews and back is quoted on request.
- Glasgow — ceremony-day transport in Glasgow and Glasgow Airport pickups (£75 to the city centre) are quoted on request.
